Open Filezilla and click in the ftp site name:

Type totaltooling.hostedftp.com

Type In the Username Box the username provided to you:

username-totaltooling

Filezilla2

 

Type in the password Box the password that was provided to you:

Filezilla3

Then Click Quickconnect, this will log you onto the TTC FTP site and to your files.
